Your carry-on baggage allowance is determined by your cabin class. Customers in Economy and Premium Economy may carry one bag up to 7 kg in addition to a small personal item. The allowance for Business Class customers is one 10 kg carry-on bag plus a personal item, while First Class customers may bring one bag weighing up to 15 kg plus a personal item. Customers travelling in Economy Class and Premium Economy Class may check in up to two pieces of baggage, each with a maximum weight of 23 kg. Business Class customers are permitted two pieces of checked baggage up to 32 kg each, and First Class customers may check in up to three pieces.
