    Book your flight at www.cathaypacific.com and we’ll send you a booking confirmation email.

    2. Redeem your code

    On the booking confirmation page/email, click on the online booking bonus offers promotional banner and you’ll be directed to the page to redeem the promo code.

    3. Book LuggAgent service

    Enter the promo code when you book your service on dedicated LuggAgent website and ensure the 15% discount applied before checkout.

    4. Enjoy your journey

    LuggAgent driver will meet you at the designated meeting point to handle the luggage transfer.

    Delay Handling

    If luggage delivery is delayed, it will be shipped to the designated address via FedEx or DHL at no extra cost

    Order Modification & Cancellation

    Changes can be made to orders at least 72 hours before the service date. Order cancellation will be subject to a US$10 handling fee. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
