The offers are provided to you by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited ("Cathay Pacific”) and Citygate Outlets ("Citygate Outlets").
The offers start from 27 July 2026 00:00 to 31 July 2027 23:59 (both dates inclusive, Hong Kong time) ("Promotion Period”).
The offers are only applicable to customers ("Eligible Customers") who purchase a flight ticket at www.cathaypacific.com with flights originating from the Chinese Mainland during the Promotion Period.
Eligible Customers must redeem the offers from the Redemption Location (CLUB CG Member Counter located at L2 Citygate Outlets) within 30 calendar days from the date on which the relevant flight arrives Hong Kong, and the offers shall be subject to the Validity Period ("Validity Period").
The Validity Period for the offers will commence on the date on which Citygate Outlets issues the e-vouchers for the offers and continue for a period of 30 calendar days, after which the Validity Period shall automatically expire.
Cathay Pacific and Citygate Outlets reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any customer to redeem the offers and if a customer is not an Eligible Customer, Cathay Pacific or Citygate Outlets may reject or revoke the offers from that customer.
To enjoy the offers, Eligible Customers must use the promotion code on the flight booking confirmation email and be registered as a CLUB CG member via the TAIKOO+ mobile app / WeChat Mini Program. If the designated F&B merchant e-vouchers are unavailable for any reason, Citygate Outlets may substitute other items of equivalent or similar value.
The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other ticket promotions, discounts and special arrangements, except that a maximum of four shopping e-vouchers issued by Citygate Outlets under its Tourist Privileges program from time to time may be used in a single transaction.
Each shopping e-voucher can be used for a single transaction upon any purchase of HK$3,000 or above at Participating Retail Tenants during the applicable Validity Period.
The offers are valid while stock lasts.

The shopping e-voucher and designated F&B merchant e-voucher may be subject to other terms and conditions determined by Citygate Outlets from time to time.

If the designated Participating F&B merchant e-vouchers are unavailable for any reason, the Citygate Outlets may substitute other items of equivalent or similar value.

For the avoidance of doubt, neither Cathay Pacific nor Citygate Outlets shall be responsible for any act or omission of the Participating Retail Tenants and/or Participating F&B Tenants., such parties operate independently, and neither Cathay Pacific nor the Citygate Outlets is liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person arising from or in connection with the offers or any services or products supplied and/or sold by such parties, except to the extent directly caused by the proven negligence or willful misconduct of Cathay Pacific or the Citygate Outlets, as the case may be.
In case of any dispute, Cathay Pacific and Citygate Outlets shall make the sole and final decision in respect of their respective services and products.
Cathay Pacific and Citygate Outlets reserve the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions or terminate or suspend the offers at any time without any prior notice to the Eligible Customers. The continued participation in the offers by an Eligible Customers after any amendments or supplements have been made will indicate his or her acceptance of such amendments or supplements to these terms and conditions.
