Delay Handling

If luggage delivery is delayed, it will be shipped to the designated address via FedEx or DHL at no extra cost

Order Modification & Cancellation

Changes can be made to orders at least 72 hours before the service date. Order cancellation will be subject to a US$10 handling fee. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
