  1. This promotional offer for passengers booking flight(s) from Hong Kong to selected destinations (“Promotion” or “Offer”) is provided by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (“Cathay” or “Cathay Pacific”) and Asia Miles Limited (“AML”). By participating in this Offer, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions (including any changes to these terms and conditions).
  2. This Offer is available during the period described in the offer email both dates inclusive (the “Booking Period”). The departure dates of the Eligible Tickets (as defined below) must fall within the period described in the offer email (Hong Kong Time) (both dates inclusive) (“Departure Period”), subject to any blackout periods, if any, set out in the Offer email.
  3. To enjoy the Offer, passengers must book a round-trip flight ticket that satisfy the requirements set out in the offer email, including but not limited to selected destinations, cabin class, fare type and minumum number of passengers (in any) through the official website https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_HK.html (“Eligible Tickets”), enter the promotion code which is set out in the offer email at the promotion code field, and provide their valid Cathay Membership Programme membership numbers (passengers in the booking) on the booking page. Any request to apply the promotion code after checkout will not be accepted.
  4. The promotion code is eligible for use on Cathay Pacific marketed and operated round-trip flight tickets from Hong Kong to selected destinations only, which are set out in the offer email.
  5. The Offer is available for Cathay Membership Programme members (“Members”) only.
  6. “Eligible Tickets” mean round-trip flight tickets issued in Hong Kong and from Hong Kong to selected Cathay Pacific operating destinations, which satisy the cabin class, fare type anmd minimum number of passengers requirements set out in the offer email and, if any, the advanced seat reservation requirements set out in the offer email.
  7. Each Member in the booking, who meets the requirements of the offer will be eligible to receive bonus Asia Miles, with the applicable amount set out in the offer email (“Bonus Miles”), in addition to the Asia Miles earned from the Eligible Ticket in accordance with the Cathay Membership Programme Terms and Conditions.
  8. The promotion code may not be used on flight tickets that are open-jaw, stopover, multi-city, package or booked on the Cathay Pacific mobile app and other channels.
  9. The promotion code is not applicable to fuel surcharges, taxes, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges. The passengers will be responsible for paying for all such fees and charges in full.
  10. Bonus Miles will be credited to the eligible Members' (passengers in the booking) Cathay Membership Programme account within 90 working days after the end of the Booking Period.
  11. Ticket rebooking and cancellation fees may apply according to cabin class and fare category. It is the passenger’s responsibility to check and pay for any and all rebooking and cancellation fees that may apply.
  12. Each promotion code is only valid for a one-time usage.
  13. The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts (unless otherwise specified).
  14. The Offer may not be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and is not transferable.
  15. The fares detailed in this offer are subject to limited availability and offered on a first come, first served basis.
  16. Flight bookings applied with the promotion code from the offer email are eligible for the Cathay Pacific’s Cathay member-exclusive 24-hour free cancellation.   17. Premium Economy class may not be available on all flight segments. Where passengers choose to change their booking after ticket issuance to a flight not offering Premium Economy class, Economy class seat may be offered without any fare difference refund.
  18. Cathay Pacific will not be liable for any losses in connection with incorrect and incomplete information provided by passengers when participating in this Offer.
  19. Tickets that are reissued or refunded will not be eligible for the Bonus Miles. If, at any time, the Eligible Tickets are reissued or refunded, Cathay/AML reserves the right to deduct the Bonus Miles from the Member’s Cathay Membership Programme account.
  20. Cathay Pacific/AML will not be liable for any losses in connection with incorrect and incomplete information provided by a Member when participating in this Offer.
  21. Fares displayed include taxes and carrier-imposed surcharges. All fares, government taxes and fees, and surcharges are subject to change at any time. For ticket cancellations, where applicable, the Hong Kong Passenger Security Charge, the Hong Kong Air Passenger Departure Tax, and the Hong Kong International Airport Construction Fee will be refunded without any administration fees.
  22. Eligible Tickets are eligible for earning Status Points and Asia Miles in accordance with the Cathay Membership Programme terms and conditions which can be found here:  https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_HK/membership/miles-and-points-calculator.html.
  23. In the event of any discrepancy between English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  24. In case of any dispute arising out of this Promotion, the decision of Cathay Pacific and AML shall be final and conclusive.
  25. Other Cathay Pacific and AML terms and conditions apply, including without limitation, Cathay’s General Conditions of Carriage and Conditions of Contract.
  26. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
