  1. This promotional offer for passengers booking flight(s) from Hong Kong to selected destinations (“Promotion” or “Offer”) is provided by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (“Cathay” or “Cathay Pacific”). By participating in this Offer, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions (including any changes to these terms and conditions).
  2. This Offer is available during the period described in the offer email (Hong Kong time), both dates inclusive (the “Promotional Period”). The departure dates of the Eligible Bookings (as defined below) must fall within the period described in the offer email (Hong Kong Time) (both dates inclusive) (“Departure Period”).
  3. To enjoy the Offer, passengers must book a round-trip Premium Economy or Economy class flight ticket through the official website https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_HK.html (“Eligible Tickets”), enter the promotion code which is set out in the offer email at the promotion code field, and provide their valid Cathay Membership Programme membership numbers (passengers in the booking) on the booking page. Any request to apply the promotion code after checkout will not be accepted.
  4. The promotion code is eligible for use on Cathay Pacific marketed and operated round-trip flight tickets from Hong Kong to selected destinations only, which are set out in the offer email.
  5. The Offer is available for Cathay Membership Programme members (“Members”) only.
  6. “Eligible Tickets” mean round-trip Premium Economy or Economy class flight tickets issued in Hong Kong and from Hong Kong to selected Cathay Pacific operating destinations.
  7. Each Member who books an Eligible Booking is entitled to a member exclusive discount on the fare, with the applicable discount percentage and maximum discount amount set out in the offer email.
  8. The promotion code may not be used on flight tickets that are open-jaw, stopover, multi-city, package or booked on the Cathay Pacific mobile app and other channels.
  9. Ticket rebooking and cancellation fees may apply according to cabin class and fare category. It is the passenger’s responsibility to check and pay for any and all rebooking and cancellation fees that may apply.
  10. Each promotion code is only valid for a one-time usage.
  11. The promotion code is applicable to the total ticket price, including fare, fuel surcharges and applicable taxes, but does not apply to cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges. The passenger will be responsible for paying for all such fees and charges in full.
  12. The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts (unless otherwise specified).
  13. The Offer may not be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and is not transferable.
  14. The fares detailed in this offer are subject to limited availability and offered on a first come, first served basis.

  16. Premium Economy Class may not be available on all flight segments. Where passengers choose to switch their booking after ticket issuance to a flight not offering Premium Economy Class, Economy Class seat will be offered without any fare refund.
  17. Cathay Pacific will not be liable for any losses in connection with incorrect and incomplete information provided by a Member when participating in this offer.
  18. Fares displayed include taxes and carrier-imposed surcharges. All fares, government taxes and fees, and surcharges are subject to change at any time. For ticket cancellations, where applicable, the Hong Kong Passenger Security Charge, the Hong Kong Air Passenger Departure Tax, and the Hong Kong International Airport Construction Fee will be refunded without any administration fees.
  19. Eligible Tickets are eligible for earning Status Points and Asia Miles in accordance with the Cathay Membership Programme terms and conditions which can be found here:  https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_HK/membership/miles-and-points-calculator.html.
  20. In the event of any discrepancy between English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  21. In case of any dispute arising out of this promotion, the decision of Cathay Pacific shall be final and conclusive.
  22. Other Cathay Pacific and Cathay Membership Programme terms and conditions apply, including without limitation, Cathay’s General Conditions of Carriage and Conditions of Contract.
  23. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
