Meet and Assist Service	We understand this might be your first solo travel, as such, Cathay Pacific would like to offer you our Meet and Assist Service at the airport to ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey. Our welcoming staff will meet and greet you at the counter and provide assistance and guidance to the boarding gate. At transit and/or arrival terminal, travelers will be greeted and directed to the gate of the connecting flight or the immigration counter. This service can be requested thru "Manage booking"  after you made a reservation. Please note that the request must be done at least 48 hours prior to departure.  This service is only available on Cathay Pacific flights. This service may not be provided depending on a situation for the staff assignment on the day.

<sup>#Passengers who purchase a Cathay Pacific student fare ticket must present valid proof of their student identity, which includes a valid International Student Identity Card (ISIC), student visa, student number, or other relevant documents issued by the education institution, such as an admission letter or acceptance confirmation, for verification when checking in at the airport. If passengers are unable to present the required proof of student status upon request, but wish to travel on the same flight, they will need to purchase a new non-student fare ticket, which is subject to seat availability. Passenger may apply for a refund on the fully or partially unused Student Fare ticket, subject to the applicable refund charges (if any).

- Other relevant documents issued by the education institution, such as an admission letter or acceptance confirmation
