Receive your redemption code via confirmation email. Only one redemption code will be issued per booking and can be used to redeem all eligible passengers’ tickets.^{^^}

Redeem your complimentary One-day General Admission Ticket (with free luggage storage) in person on the day you arrive in Hong Kong for your outbound transit.

Present the following documents for redemption at the "Free Layover Tour Service" counter at Transfer Desks E1, Arrivals Level (L5), Terminal 1 (before arrival immigration, restricted area), Hong Kong International Airport (Operating hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm):

Physical copy or confirmation e-mail with the unique redemption code and passenger names

Inbound and outbound boarding passes

Passport or other identification showing the passenger’s date of birth

Redeem complimentary luggage storage*

How to get there

Hop on a Lantau taxi and drop off at the Disneyland Public Transport Interchange (PTI) to visit Hong Kong Disneyland within 30 minutes.
