How to redeem your discounted Heathrow Express tickets

1. Book your flight to London Heathrow

Book your flight to London (Heathrow) at www.cathaypacific.com* and you will receive a booking confirmation email.
*Not applicable for bookings made via Cathay Pacific's mobile app.

2. Click on the Heathrow Express promotional banner

Click on the Heathrow Express promotional banner on your booking confirmation page/email to enjoy 15% off Heathrow Express tickets on their ticketing website.

3. Purchase your Heathrow Express ticket

Select your preferred journey type (round-trip/single-trip), and the 15% discount will automatically be applied.

Discount can used for Cathay Pacific Customer and any friends/family traveling together (on the same service).
Heathrow Express discount can only be applied to full fare tickets. Advance Purchase fares are already discounted tickets and are not valid for discount.
Heathrow Express discount can only be used at Distribution booking platform linked to by a QR code and/or URL.
Heathrow Express discount cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount or railcard.
