How to use
After selecting [PayPay] payment on the ‘Confirm and Pay’ page, the PayPay app is opened to complete the payment.
Select PayPay
On the ‘Confirm and pay’ page, select [PayPay] and click [Continue to payment] to proceed.

Pay
On the ‘Payment details’ screen, select [Pay].
Payment completed
You will be automatically returned to the service once payment has been completed.
*Closing the page before returning may result in a failed purchase.
Pay by scanning the QR code displayed on your PC with the PayPay app.
Select PayPay
On the ‘Confirm and pay’ page, select [PayPay] and click [Continue to payment] to proceed.
Open the PayPay app
Open the PayPay app and select [Scan].
Scan the QR code
Scan the QR code displayed on the PC screen.
Pay
On the ‘Payment Details’ screen, select [Pay].

You will be automatically returned to the service once payment has been completed.

- PayPay can only be used in Japan.
- PayPay payments can only be made with PayPay Balance or PayPay Credit.
- PayPay can only be used on the Cathay Pacific Japan website (cathaypacific.com) and not on the Cathay Pacific mobile app.
- PayPay can only be used to pay for itineraries departing from Japan.
- PayPay is not available in incognito browser or private mode on a computer or smartphone.
- Supported browsers are the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
