How to use
After selecting [PayPay] payment on the ‘Confirm and Pay’ page, the PayPay app is opened to complete the payment.
Pay by scanning the QR code displayed on your PC with the PayPay app.

- PayPay can only be used in Japan.
- PayPay payments can only be made with PayPay Balance or PayPay Credit.
- PayPay can only be used on the Cathay Pacific Japan website (cathaypacific.com) and not on the Cathay Pacific mobile app.
- PayPay can only be used to pay for itineraries departing from Japan.
- PayPay is not available in incognito browser or private mode on a computer or smartphone.
- Supported browsers are the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
