1. The offer is applicable to customers who purchase a flight ticket at www.cathaypacific.com during the promotion period.
2. Eligible customers will be able to access the offer by clicking the promotional banner on the flight booking confirmation email, which redirects them to the Cathay Pacific website to access the Ocean Park promotion page to receive the offer on purchases of Ocean Park All Day Delight Ticket.
3. The Ocean Park promotion pages with embedded promo code will only be usable during the promotion period. To enter Ocean Park, eligible customers must present the Ocean Park All Day Delight Tickets via Smartphone or on an A4 size paper at the entrance of Ocean Park for admission.
4. An Ocean Park All Day Delight Ticket is valid for one-time admission to Ocean Park on any day between 1 August 2024 and 6 January 2025, excluding the Ocean Park rest days. The ticket is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and can be used once only. The Ocean Park All Day Delight Ticket must be used by the same person during its period of validity. Please visit https://www.oceanpark.com.hk/kr/ to check the opening hours of the Ocean Park. The Ocean Park All Day Delight Ticket entitles the eligible customers to all operating rides, facilities and exhibits, except skill games, coin-operated game, special paid events and facilities being held in the Ocean Park.
5. Eligible customers can purchase a maximum of 4 adult and 4 children tickets only per transaction on the Ocean Park promotion pages.
6. For repair, maintenance, inclement weather or other reason, Ocean Park may suspend the operation of any ride or close any attraction at any time without prior notice. It is a condition of sale of the Ocean Park All Day Delight Ticket that any request for refund, whether partial or in full, for the tickets purchased by customers will not be considered by the Park as a result of such ride suspension or closure of attraction. In case of inclement weather, including but without limitation to the hoisting of tropical cyclone signal no.8 or above or black rainstorm warnings, Ocean Park may close the Park with or without prior notice to the public.
7. In case Ocean Park reaches its maximum capacity, it may exercises admission control and eligible customers may not be allowed for entry.
8. A condition of entry is to comply with Ocean Park Bylaw, safety rules and Ocean Park rules and regulations which are displayed at the entrances and /or other appropriate locations of Ocean Park.
9. Ocean Park shall not be responsible for any loss of any kind or any damage to any property of any person within Ocean Park.
10. Ocean Park All Day Delight Ticket can be upgraded to the corresponding “Ocean Park Annual Membership” on the date of admission by paying designated amount based on the membership category. Other Terms and Conditions apply for the upgrade of day time admission ticket to “Ocean Park Annual Membership”.
11. The eligible customers should protect the ticket, and should not damage or wet it, especially the QR code which must be scanned at the entrance. The Ocean Park All Day Delight Ticket will be void if altered or defaced. Ocean Park accepts no responsibility for any lost ticket.
12. Child Ticket is for children aged 3 to 11. Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above for entering Ocean Park. Suitable identification may need to be provided on the day of visit to Ocean Park.
13. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ticket promotions, discounts and special arrangement.
14. The Ocean Park All Day Delight Tickets are non-refundable either in whole or in part, for cash or for any other items.
15. Eligible customers must comply with the rules and regulations of Ocean Park set up in the Ocean Park official websites.
16. Cathay Pacific and Ocean Park reserve the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions or terminate or suspend the offer at any time without any prior notice to the eligible customers.

Ocean Park is solely responsible at all times for any services and products as supplied and/or sold by Ocean Park in connection with this agreement, and must procure that any services and products supplied and/or sold by Ocean Park comply with: (i) applicable laws; (ii) any representation made or approved by Ocean Park in any of its marketing or promotional content about Ocean Park, the offer, and any services and products supplied and/or sold by Ocean Park to eligible customers. Cathay Pacific is not responsible for any act or omission of Ocean Park, and shall not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by eligible customers in receiving the offer or any services or products supplied and/or sold by Ocean Park to eligible customers.
19. Other Cathay Pacific and Ocean Park terms and conditions apply.
20. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific and Ocean Park shall be final.
21. These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
