1. The offer is applicable to customers who purchase a flight ticket at www.cathaypacific.com  during the promotion period. 

2. Eligible customers will be able to access the offer by clicking the promotional banner on the flight booking confirmation email, which redirects them to the Cathay Pacific website to access the Water World promotion page to receive the offer on purchases of Water World Post Summer Offer Tickets. 

3. The Water World promotion pages with embedded promo code will only be usable during the promotion period. To enter Water World, eligible customers must present the Water World Post Summer Offer Tickets via Smartphone or on an A4 size paper at the entrance of Water World for admission. 

4. Eligible customer can purchase a maximum of 4 adult and 4 children tickets only per transaction on the Water World promotion pages.

5. A Water World Post Summer Offer ticket is valid for one-time admission to Water World on any day between 9 September 2024 and 14 October 2024, excluding the Water World rest days. The ticket is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and can be used once only. This ticket must be used by the same person during its period of validity. Please visit https://waterworld.oceanpark.com.hk/en to check the opening hours of the Water World. The ticket entitles the eligible customers to all operating attractions in the Water World, except events and facilities that require additional charges.

6. For repair, maintenance, inclement weather or other reason, Water World may suspend the operation of attraction at any time without prior notice. It is a condition of sale of the Water World Post Summer Offer ticket that any request for refund, whether partial or in full, for the tickets purchased by eligible customers will not be considered by Water World as a result of such ride suspension or closure of attraction. In case of inclement weather, including but without limitation to the hoisting of tropical cyclone signal no.8 or above or black rainstorm warnings, Water World may close with or without prior notice to the public. 

7. In case the Water World reaches its maximum capacity, it may exercises admission control and eligible customers may not be allowed for entry. 

8. A condition of entry is to comply with Ocean Park Bylaw, safety rules and Water World rules and regulations which are displayed at the entrances and /or other appropriate locations of Water World. 

9. Water World shall not be responsible for any loss of any kind or any damage to any property of any person within Water World. 

10. Ticket cannot upgrade to Water World Go Splash Annual Membership / Water World Lite Annual Membership.  

11. The eligible customers should protect the ticket, and should not damage or wet it, especially the QR code which must be scanned at the entrance. The Water World Summer Admission Ticket will be void if altered or defaced. Water World accepts no responsibility for any lost ticket.

12. Child Ticket is for children aged 3 to 11. From 9 to 15 September 2024, child aged 5 or below is granted for free admission to Water World. From 16 September to 14 October 2024, child aged 3 or below is granted for free admission to Water World. Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 18 or above for entering Water World. Suitable identification may need to be provided on the day of visit to Water World. 

13. Important information*:

• Complimentary shuttle bus service between Ocean Park and Water World is available for Water World Post Summer Offer Ticket holders. Visitors may get on the shuttle bus from Ocean Park Public Bus Interchange located near the Ocean Park entrance.

• You may rent keyless lockers online or on-site in Water World. With unlimited access during the rental period, you can store your personal items with ease.

• Visitors can bring their flip-flops/sandals, swimwear, waterproof pouch, or towel or purchase from the Treasure Reef shop in the Reef Lobby.

14. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ticket promotions, discounts and special arrangement.

15. The Water World Post Summer Offer Tickets are non-refundable either in whole or in part, for cash or for any other items.

16. Eligible customers must comply with the rules and regulations of Water World set out in the Water World official website.

17. Cathay Pacific and Water World reserve the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions or terminate or suspend the Offer at any time without any prior notice to the eligible customers. The continued participation in the offer by an eligible customer after any amendments or supplements have been made will indicate his or her acceptance of such amendments or supplements to these terms and conditions.

Water World is solely responsible at all times for any services and products as supplied and/or sold by Water World, and must procure that any services and products supplied and/or sold by Water World comply with: (i) applicable laws; (ii) any representation made or approved by Water World in any of its marketing or promotional content about Water World, the offer, and any services and products supplied and/or sold by Water World to eligible customers. Cathay Pacific is not responsible for any act or omission of Water World, and shall not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by eligible customers in receiving the offer or any services or products supplied and/or sold by Water World to eligible customers.

21. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific and Water World shall be final.
