"World of Winners" Ticket Offers campaign

All flight tickets are sponsored by Hong Kong International Airport’s “World of Winners" Ticket Offers campaign.

To participate in the campaign, you must be aged 18 years old and above at the time of participation. You must also be a Cathay member. If you are not already a member, you may sign up for free here.

Eligible participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of participation.

One Cathay Pacific Economy Class round-trip ticket from Malaysia to Hong Kong, excluding taxes and surcharges. There are altogether 7,000 prizes.

The campaign will start from 16 March 2023 at 12:00 (Malaysia Time) and end on 22 March 2023 at 23:59 (Malaysia Time), or until all 7,000 tickets are awarded, whichever is earlier.

You will need to be a Cathay member to participate in the campaign. Visit the campaign website during the campaign period and sign in with your Cathay membership details (Cathay membership number, verified mobile number, or verified email address). Answer 3 questions correctly and submit your entry.

Each entrant is eligible to submit one entry only. The prize will be awarded to the first 7,000 entrants with correct answers.

You shall receive a confirmation email upon successful registration. 

Once the campaign registration form is submitted, you will not be able to change any registration information including the name and email address. Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in disqualification.

The winners will be announced on the campaign website on 3 April 2023. The Winner announcement will display the Entrant’s family name and the first characters of their given name, and the first two characters and last character of the local-part of their email address (i.e. T** M** Chan, ch****n@domain.com).

A notification will also be sent to the individual winners on 3 April 2023 via the email provided at registration.

If, for any reason, the email to a winner bounces back or is otherwise undeliverable, or is not replied to within the period of time stated in the email, eligibility to receive a prize may be forfeited.

Once the redemption period begins, winners will receive a unique ticket redemption code via email, along with applicable terms and conditions. Each winner is required to redeem the prize in accordance with processes stated in the Redemption Code Email and according to the instructions provided by Cathay Pacific.

Each ticket redemption code is not refundable or redeemable for cash or any other item.

Yes, the ticket redemption code must be used within 1 month of the date of the Redemption Code Email. Otherwise, you will forfeit your prize tickets. 

Tickets are valid for travel until 2 January 2024. Each winner must decide all flights and dates of their tickets at the time of booking. The minimum stay period for the ticket is 2 days, and the maximum stay period for the ticket is 7 days. 

Winners will be responsible for all taxes and surcharges applicable to the tickets.  

No, each ticket redemption code can only be used to book ONE (1) round-trip ticket from Malaysia to Hong Kong, and is only applicable to flights operated by Cathay Pacific. Each itinerary will originate and end in Malaysia. All tickets once booked are non-reroutable.

Yes, upgrade of travel class is only available using Asia Miles, and is subject to seat availability. To upgrade using miles, head to Manage booking  after you have redeemed your ticket.

No, each ticket redemption code is only valid for the winner to whom it is intended to be sent, and for a one-time usage. All prize tickets are non-transferable. 

Rebooking of the travel date is subject to a rebooking fee of MYR680.

Winners who fail to show up for their flight will be treated as forfeiting the prize. Tickets are non-refundable and further rebooking is not allowed.

The ticket redemption code only applies to tickets booked online through the campaign ticket redemption page shared in the Redemption Code Email and is not compatible with bookings made through agents or the Global Customer Centre.
