    Our Price Promise applies to: 

    • Bookings made on www.cathaypacific.com/sg that depart from Singapore
    • For claims, the following must be identical: 
      • Cathay Pacific flight numbers (3 digit 'CX' flight numbers only)
      • Number and type of travellers, including the number of adults and children
      • Travel dates
      • Travel itinerary and routes
      • Cabin class, fare type (Light, Essential, Flex) and sub-class (O, Q, N etc.) 
      • Booking, fare and cancellation conditions (Fares purchased as a part of package, discounted by use of promotional codes, cash-back from travel agency's own promotions, coupons, credits, loyalty, redemption or other non-cash methods are not eligible)
    • Bookings paid and ticketed in full in Singapore Dollars with a difference of minimum SGD30 and maximum SGD60
    • An itinerary only with flights operated by Cathay Pacific Airways that originate in Singapore
    • The competing fare is sold by a licensed Singaporean online travel agent , registered legally in Singapore and is quoted in Singapore Dollars (without using currency converter)

    How to make a claim ?

    1. Take an unedited full screenshot

    The unedited full screenshot must include:

    • Website address and company logo
    • Full itinerary with flight numbers
    • Breakdown of the cabin such as fare category (Light, Essential, Flex) and sub-class (O, Q, N etc.) 
    • Total costs of the booking fees and charges
    • Breakdown of the fare and taxes
    • Timestamp, with date and time (same as the ticket issue date) clearly visible

    2 . Complete and sumbit claim form

    Complete the claim form and submit by midnight of the same calendar day you purchased your ticket

    3. Assess your request

    You will be notified by email within 3-5 working days on the outcome of your claim

    4. Price Promise refund received

    If the claim is successful, you will receive a refund in the price difference via the original payment method used to purchase the ticket

    Terms and conditions
    1. The "Price Promise" only applies to the total airfare with Cathay Pacific and does not apply to hotel, car hire, travel insurance, or other non-flight products purchased from Cathay Pacific.
    2. The comparison of all fees including card fees equivalent to those used to make the booking is also covered under our promise.
    3. A match in airfares will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
      • Lack of evidence (such as screenshot of fare differences) hence the claim cannot be verified
      • Fare quotes from comparison sites
      • Instances where the fares are lower due to an error made by the licensed online travel agent in Singapore (Registered with Singapore Tourism Board)
      • Fares purchased as part of package holidays
      • Fares on a website that is not targeted to consumers located in Singapore and is not operated by a company registered legally in Singapore with a licensed number
      • Cancelled or refunded bookings made on our website
      • Airfares sold via unauthorised channels or resellers
      • Airfares that are not publicly available such as travel industry, corporate, negotiated or other private fares including any that require an access code or login
      • Airfares discounted by use of promotional codes, cash-back from travel agency's own promotions, coupons, credits, loyalty, redemption or other non-cash methods
      • Resubmitted claims or multiple claims for one booking
      • Airfares that include codeshare flights or flights operated by other airlines
    4. The Cathay Pacific Price Promise is subject to the standard booking Terms and Conditions for flights booked online at www.cathaypacific.com/sg
    5. The Price Promise can be withdrawn or altered at any time without prior notice. Claims are subject to review by Cathay Pacific and the company reserves the right to the final decision.
