All flights and travel dates must be decided at the time of booking. The minimum stay period for the ticket is 2 days, and the maximum stay period for the ticket is 1 month.

Each ticket redemption code is only available to book ONE (1) Economy Class round-trip ticket from the United States (Boston – BOS, New York – JFK, San Francisco – SFO or Los Angeles – LAX) to Hong Kong, and is only applicable to flights operated by Cathay Pacific. Each itinerary will originate and end in the United States.
Yes, upgrade of travel class is only available using Asia Miles, and is subject to seat availability. To upgrade using miles, head to Manage booking after obtaining your ticket.
No, all awarded flight tickets are non-transferable.
Rebooking of the travel date is subject to a rebooking fee.
The members who fail to show up for their flight will be treated as forfeiting the Ticket. Tickets are non-refundable and further rebooking is not allowed
