1. The offer is applicable to customers who purchase a flight ticket at www.cathaypacific.com during the promotion period.
2. Customers will be able to access the Offer by clicking the promotional banner on the flight booking confirmation email, which redirects them to the Cathay Pacific website to access the Ocean Park promotion page to receive the Offer on purchases of Ocean Park Special All Day Delight tickets.
3. To enjoy the discount on Ocean Park admission ticket (“Ticket”), customer must enter the Cathay Pacific eticket number before the purchase on the Ocean Park promotion page for the Offer discount to apply. (Adult and Child can also enjoy the Offer).
4. The Ocean Park promotion pages will only be usable during the Promotion Period. To enter Ocean Park, customers must present the ticket via Smartphone or on an A4 size paper at the entrance of the Parks for admission.
5. The Ticket is valid for one-time admission to Ocean Park on any Parks operation day from now until 30 April 2024 excluding the Parks rest days. The ticket is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and can be used once only. This ticket must be used by the same person during its period of validity. Please visit https://www.oceanpark.com.hk/en/ to check the opening day or the Park. The Ticket entitles customer to all operating rides, facilities and exhibits, except skill games, coin-operated game, special paid events and facilities being held in the Park.
6. For repair, maintenance, inclement weather or other reason, Ocean Park may suspend the operation of any ride or close any attraction at any time without prior notice. It is a condition of sale of the Ocean Park admission ticket that any request for refund, whether partial or in full, for the tickets purchased by customers will not be considered by the Ocean Park as a result of such ride suspension or closure of attraction. In case of inclement weather, including but without limitation to the hoisting of tropical cyclone signal no.8 or above or black rainstorm warnings, Ocean Park may close with or without prior notice to the public.
7. In case Ocean Park reaches its maximum capacity, it may exercises admission control and you may not be allowed for entry.
9. A condition of entry is to comply with Ocean Park Bylaw, safety rules and Parks Rules and Regulations which are displayed at the entrances and /or other appropriate locations of Ocean Park.
10. Ocean Park shall not be responsible for any loss of any kind or any damage to any property of any person within Ocean Park. In the event of dispute, the decision of Ocean Park will be final.
11. Ticket cannot upgrade to Ocean Park Annual Membership.
12. Please protect the ticket, do not damage or wet it, especially the QR code which must be scanned at the entrance. The ticket will be void if altered or defaced. Ocean Park accepts no responsibility for any lost ticket.
13. Child Ticket is for children aged 3 to 11. Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above. Suitable identification may need to be provided on the day of visit.
14. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ticket promotions, discounts and special arrangement.
15. Admission tickets are non-refundable either in whole or in part, for cash or for any other items.
16. Guests must comply with the rules and regulations of Ocean Park set out in the Parks’ official websites.
17. Cathay Pacific and Ocean Park reserve the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions or terminate or suspend this Offer at any time without any prior notice.

Ocean Park is solely responsible at all times for any services and products as supplied and/or sold by Ocean Park in connection with this Agreement, and must procure that any services and products supplied and/or sold by Ocean Park comply with: (i) applicable laws; (ii) any representation made or approved by Ocean Park in any of its marketing or promotional content about Ocean Park, the Offer, and any services and products supplied and/or sold by Ocean Park to customers. Cathay Pacific is not responsible for any act or omission of Ocean Park, and shall not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by customers in receiving the Offer or any services or products supplied and/or sold by Ocean Park to customers.
20. Other Cathay Pacific and Ocean Park terms and conditions apply.
21. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific and Ocean Park shall be final.
