Claim acknowledgement and status updation

We will send the claim acknowledgement email with the status of acceptance or rejection to your registered email id within 3 working days after you register  your claim.

Distribution of physical vouchers

Physical voucher will be handed over to you at the Dubai International Airport (At Cathay Pacific check-in counter) on the day of your travel.

  • First 62 eligible passengers will receive the email confirmation within 3 working days after the registration  has been completed.
