Classic beef burger with Monterey Jack cheese

Indulge in a juicy grilled beef patty topped with bacon and Monterey Jack cheese, all on a soft brioche bun.  Served with fresh tomatoes, crisp lettuce, pickled vegetables and a side of chunky fries, this perennial favourite delivers a satisfying balance of flavours and textures.  

Braised beef rib finger with lemon gremolata

Tuck into rich, melt-in-mouth tender braised beef ribs with carrots, elevated by a lemon gremolata sauce for a refreshing, zesty kick. The dish is further complemented by seasoned green beans, oven-dried cherry tomatoes and roasted potato wedges.

Lamb madras curry

Packed with bold, warm and spicy flavours, this hearty dish consists of tender lamb simmered in a rich, delectable curry sauce – all paired with mildly spiced okra and fluffy basmati pilaf. 

Grilled pork chop with morel jus

Crowned with a rich, earthy morel jus, this succulent grilled pork chop is served with green beans lightly tossed with finely chopped bacon, along with roasted sweet potatoes that add a delightful touch of sweetness for contrast.

Sautéed pork with ginger sauce

Savour this classic Japanese dish comprising tender slices of pork sautéed in a fragrant ginger sauce that’s savoury, sweet and subtly spicy. The dish is paired with a medley of seasonal vegetables, along with steamed rice.

Pan-fried sea bass with prawns and potatoes in saffron lobster sauce

This vibrant dish features pan-fried sea bass and succulent prawn, accompanied by julienned vegetables and buttery, saffron-infused potatoes. A luxurious saffron lobster sauce and a side of roasted Mediterranean vegetables complete the meal.
