    How to redeem your complimentary Shekou Cathay Pacific Lounge Pass

    1. Book your flight to Shenzhen with the discount code

    Book your flight directly to Shenzhen Shekou Cruise Home Port (ZYK) on our website with the discount code CXLOUNGEAU

    2. Receive your complimentary Shekou Cathay Pacific Lounge Pass

    Once you have made the booking on our website and you will receive a booking confirmation email with the Shekou Ferry Lounge entry pass banner.   

    3. Present the following documents at the check in counter

    On arrival at the Shekou Lounge check in counter, make sure to bring your boarding pass and an email confirming the flight itinerary (which will include an image of the Shekou Lounge if eligible).

    1. The promotional period is from now until 25 June 2025 11:59pm (AEST) or until quota allocation exhausted. The travel period is from now until 30 June 2025.
    2. To enjoy the offer, passengers should book flight ticket(s) through the official website www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_AU.html. 
    3. The discount code must be applied when performing the flight search. Any request to apply the discount code after the checkout is not accepted.
    4. The discount code cannot be used on open-jaw, stopover, multi-city, package or Cathay Pacific mobile app and other channels.
    5. Flights valid on Cathay Pacific operating flights only.
    6. The Offer is not applicable to fuel surcharges, taxes, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges.
    7. Fares displayed include taxes and carrier-imposed surcharges. All fares, government taxes and fees, and surcharges are subject to change at any time. For ticket cancellations, where applicable, the Hong Kong International Airport Construction Fee will be refunded without any administration fees.
    8. “24-hour free cancellation” will not be available for tickets booked with the discount codes.
