    You can purchase your Direct Air Pass 360 days in advance, and the Sea+Air must be booked no later than 1 day prior to departure.

    You can select the city or ferry port in the Greater Bay Area by its name as the place of departure, such as "Shenzhen", "Shekou" or "ZYK", and the departure time on the flight booking search engine on the official website, WeChat mini program or mobile app of Cathay Pacific, and input the departure-date to book the "Sea+Air" product.

    You will need to provide your passport number, date of birth and nationality when book a Sea+Air.

    Sea+Air allows rescheduling. The rescheduling must be done 1 day prior to the scheduled departure date. (For example, if the new departure date is February 2, the rescheduling must be completed on or before February 1). If the change is made less than 1 day prior to the scheduled departure date, you will be charged an additional handling fee. For rescheduling, please contact our customer service through Cathay Pacific's WeChat official account or contact your ticketing agent.

    Tickets can be purchased through any of Cathay Pacific's online channels, including the official website, WeChat mini program or mobile app.

    For flights between 00:00am and 02:59am, you can choose any ferry from the previous day according to Hong Kong International Airport requirements. For flights between 03:00am and 10:15am, you must take the last ferry to the SkyPier at Hong Kong International Airport one day in advance.

    Passengers are not required to go through immigration formalities and baggage claim at Hong Kong International Airport. Please ahead to E2 transfer area by following "To Mainland/Macau Express Ferry Ticketing Office" sign to collect your ferry ticket and present your luggage tag to the staff. Scan your ticket and confirm your baggage handling status at the boarding entrance.

    This is due to the registration information of the ferry terminals in IATA. The actual location of Zhongshan Port is in Zhongshan City and the actual location of Humen Ferry Terminal is in Dongguan City.

    Sea+Air does not support online check-in service at current stage. Please check in at the ferry port.

    The Sea+Air includes both the ferry ticket and the flight ticket. You can check in for the flight and your baggage and collect your boarding pass and ferry ticket at the ferry terminal counter.

    No, you cannot. In the event that the ferry is cancelled and the flight is normal, Cathay Pacific will apply a special handling for skipping the ferry segment.

    No need. Hong Kong International Airport departure tax is exempted at the time when the Sea+Air ticket is issued.

    The baggage allowance and standards are the same as prescribed in the rules of Cathay Pacific. Please refer to the Cathay Pacific Baggage Regulations for details.

    Passengers departing from Shekou Cruise Home Port and Pazhou Ferry Terminal can pay the extra baggage fee at the dedicated Cathay Pacific check-in counter at the ferry terminal. Passengers departing from other ferry terminals in the Greater Bay Area must pay the extra baggage fee at the Cathay Pacific counter upon arrival at the SkyPier at Hong Kong International Airport.

    Sea+Air does not support advance purchase of extra baggage allowance at current stage.

    In the event of typhoons and other special conditions, passengers are advised to check the official website of each ferry terminal for the latest ferry status for better travel arrangements. In the event that the ferry is cancelled and the flight is normal, passengers can go to Hong Kong International Airport through other means of transportation for check-in, and Cathay Pacific will handle the case on a special case basis.
