- This offer (“Offer”) is provided to you by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (“Cathay”) and Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") (hereinafter referred to as “us”, “we” or “our”).
- The promotion period is valid from 10:00 am on 1 June 2026 to 11:59 pm on 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”) (unless otherwise specified).
- The Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card and enJoy Spending Card (“Eligible Credit Cards”), but excluding Commercial Card, Business Card, other Spending Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards.
- During the Promotion Period, customers must make a booking for flight tickets departing from Hong Kong to selected destinations via the webpage (www.cathaypacific.com) of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (“Cathay” or “Cathay Pacific”) using an Eligible Credit Card (“Eligible Transaction”). Customers must then enter the designated promotion code “CXHASE5OFF” (the “Promotion Code”) before payment to enjoy a up to 5% instant discount on the fare. The maximum discount amount for each Eligible Ticket Booking is capped at HKD900 (the “Offer”). Any request to apply the promotion code after checkout will not be accepted.
- The Promotion Code is eligible for use on Cathay Pacific operated round-trip flight tickets issued from Hong Kong and from Hong Kong to selected destinations only, which are set out on the promotion webpage https://flights.cathaypacific.com/en_HK/offers/hase-credit-card.html (the “Campaign Page”), which the customer should refer to for further information.
- Eligible Transactions are transactions made on Cathay Pacific’s official website and settle the payment in Hong Kong Dollars using an Eligible Credit Card (transactions/bookings made via third party payment platforms, including but not limited to WeChat Pay, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay, Alipay HK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay are not eligible).
- The Offer is available for bookings with at least two passengers (with at least one child) travelling together for the entire journey (“Eligible Bookings”).
- Flights can be booked for departure up to 360 days in advance only. Customers can check the opening date on the flight search panel on the Cathay Pacific webpage (www.cathaypacific.com) and make booking subject to departure period.
- Open-jaw, stopover, multi-city, package tickets or tickets booked through Cathay Pacific mobile app or other channels are not eligible.
- The Eligible Bookings must be for a Cathay Pacific marketed and operated flight.
- The Offer is limited to the first 1,000 Eligible Bookings during the Promotion Period on a first-come, first served basis.
- Each Eligible Credit Card may use this Promotion Code once during the promotion period.
- Ticket rebooking and cancellation fees may apply according to cabin class and fare category. It is the passenger’s responsibility to check and pay for any and all rebooking and cancellation fees that may apply.
- Unless specified, all the Offers under this Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts.
- This Offer may not be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and is not transferable.
- The fares detailed in this Offer are subject to limited availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- “24-hour free cancellation” is not available for tickets booked with a promotion code.
- Premium Economy class may not be available on all flight segments. Where passengers choose to change their booking after ticket issuance to a flight not offering Premium Economy class, Economy class seat may be offered without any fare difference refund.
- Fares displayed include taxes and carrier-imposed surcharges. All fares, government taxes and fees, and surcharges are subject to change at any time. For ticket cancellations, where applicable, the Hong Kong Passenger Security Charge, the Hong Kong Air Passenger Departure Tax, and the Hong Kong International Airport Construction Fee will be refunded without any administration fees.
- Eligible Tickets are eligible for earning Status Points and Asia Miles in accordance with the Cathay Membership Program terms and conditions which can be found here: https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_HK/membership/miles-and-points-calculator.html.
- In case of any dispute arising out of this promotion, the decision of Hang Seng and Cathay shall be final and conclusive.
- The Promotion Code is provided by Cathay who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
- The Promotion is governed by these Terms and Conditions and other Cathay Pacific terms and conditions apply, including without limitation, Cathay’s General Conditions of Carriage and Conditions of Contract.
- Hang Seng and Cathay reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above Offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and Cathay shall be final. - No person other than the Customer, Cathay and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
- The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
