Apply for complimentary ticket change

The one-time complimentary ticket change benefit is available exclusively to customers who book using the NEW2026 discount code and must be requested in advance through the designated application form.

Usage Guidelines

• This benefit is valid once per ticket only.
• The complimentary ticket change benefit is applicable only when the original route and destination remain unchanged.
• The benefit covers change fees only. Any fare difference, taxes, or additional charges resulting from the change must be paid by the customer. For example, if you change to a higher fare class or if the fare at the time of change is higher, the fare difference will apply.
• Flight changes are subject to seat availability.
• Upon receipt of the application, eligibility will be reviewed, and the ticket change will be processed by the relevant department.
• Once the change is completed, a revised e-Ticket will be sent individually via email.

• Requests must be submitted at least 7 business days prior to the desired change date.

• From 23 January, applications can only be submitted via the link provided on the booking confirmation page or in the confirmation email sent after booking with the NEW2026 discount code.
