Fill out the passenger information page and provide a mobile phone number to redeem your event ticket^.

^Event tickets will be sent to this mobile phone number via the HKCR Ticketing app.

Once you confirm your purchase, we'll share the event ticket redemption details on your booking confirmation page and via your booking confirmation email.

The event ticket# is available for redemption via the HKCR ticketing app. For flight tickets issued on or before 3 November 2024, you can access your event ticket on the HKCR ticketing app from 7 November 2024. For flight tickets issued on or after 4 November 2024, you can access your event ticket on the HKCR ticketing app within 7 calendar days from the date your flight ticket is issued. You’ll need to use the same mobile phone number provided in your booking for SMS authentication.

*The 3-day event ticket sold with this package is an adult pass. Child passengers in this booking will receive an adult event ticket with adult flight. Infants aged 2 years and under can enter the event for free when accompanied by an adult with an adult ticket. Please contact Customer Care team to issue an infant ticket and add them to your booking.
