    Fine wines in the spotlight

    We work closely with some of the world’s greatest wine producers, including Krug Champagne and Château Lynch-Bages, to bring you an award-winning selection. We also partner with different wineries to introduce new additions as part of our Discovery wine series – such as our recent Chinese wine collection.

    Master of Wine Debra Meiburg is an award-winning author, educator and international speaker who specialises in evaluating wines for the Asian market.

    Roy Moorfield

    Roy Moorfield (1949-2024) was an Australian wine writer, educator and broadcaster who helped shape Cathay’s wine selection for more than 30 years.
