1.  The offer is applicable to customers who purchase a flight ticket at www.cathaypacific.com during the Promotion Period. 

2.  The promotion code will only be usable during the promotion period. 

3.  To enjoy the offer, eligible customers must visit The Peak’s official website (www.thepeak.com.hk) to purchase the Combo Ticket and enter the promotion code at checkout during the promotion period.

4.  Cathay Pacific and Peak Tramways Company, Limited reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any customer to participate in the offer and if a customer is not an eligible customer, Cathay Pacific or Peak Tramways Company, Limited may reject or revoke the discount on the Comb Ticket and such customer shall pay the ticket price difference to Peak Tramways Company, Limited.

5.  Senior (65 years old or above), Adult (12-64 years old) and Child (3-11 years old) can enjoy the offer. Proof of age must be shown upon request.

6.  Combo Tickets are valid on the date specified thereon.

7.  The Peak Tram return rides and Sky Terrace 428 admission must be used on the same date of visit.

8.  No timeslot restrictions on The Peak Tram, but any ride will be subject to the operating hours of The Peak Tram.

9.  The quality of the view at Sky Terrace 428 cannot be guaranteed under certain circumstances such as adverse weather. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged under such circumstances.

10.  Peak Tram operating hours: 7:30 am to 11:00 pm daily (Mon - Sun & Public Holidays).

11.  Sky Terrace 428 operating hours: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm (Mon - Fri); 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (Sat, Sun & Public Holidays).

12.  The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ticket promotions, discounts and special arrangement.

13.  Combo Tickets are non-refundable either in whole or in part, for cash or for any other items.

14.  Customers must comply with the rules and regulations of The Peak Tram & Sky Terrace 428 set out in The Peak’s official website.

15.  Cathay Pacific and Peak Tramways Company, Limited reserve the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions or terminate or suspend the offer at any time without any prior notice to the eligible customers.  The continued participation in the offer by an eligible customer after any amendments or supplements have been made will indicate his or her acceptance of such amendments or supplements to these terms and conditions.

17.  Peak Tramways Company, Limited is solely responsible at all times for any services and products  as supplied and/or sold by Peak Tramways Company, Limited in connection with this Agreement, and must procure that any services and products supplied and/or sold by Peak Tramways Company, Limited comply with: (i) applicable laws; (ii) any representation made or approved by Peak Tramways Company, Limited in any of its marketing or promotional content about The Peak Tram and/or Sky Terrace 428, the offer, and any services and products supplied and/or sold by Peak Tramways Company, Limited to eligible customers. Cathay Pacific is not responsible for any act or omission of Peak Tramways Company, Limited, and shall not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by eligible customers in receiving the offer or any services or products supplied and/or sold by Peak Tramways Company, Limited to eligible customers.

19.  In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific and Peak Tramways Company, Limited shall be final.
