Fares Terms and Conditions

1. The above fares are on a per person basis and include all applicable taxes/surcharges. Taxes and surcharges are correct as of 27 November 2024 but are subject to change due to currency fluctuation. The taxes are final at the point of ticketing.

4. For an itinerary that involves a stopover in Hong Kong, please use the Multi-city/Stopover option to book your flights
   
5. Discount code is not applicable for Multi-city/Stopover.
6. Rebooking: rebooking fees apply for travel date and flight changes on the same route, subject to booking class availability, ticket validity and any applicable taxes or fare differences. Please refer to 'fare conditions' during booking.
7. No-show: no-show fees apply and vary by booking class, please refer to 'fare conditions' during booking.
8. Refund: Cancellation fees apply and vary by booking class, please refer to 'fare conditions' during booking.
9. Asia Miles accrual: the exact number of Asia Miles earned for a flight will appear during the booking process.
10. Child fare / Infant with seat: 75% of adult fare applies.
11. Infant without seat: 10% of adult fare applies.
12. Offers are subject to reservation system seat/booking availability of Cathay Pacific Airways.
13. Tickets are non-transferable and name change is not permitted.
14. Tickets must be used in sequence. If the first outbound sector is not utilised, the rest of the itinerary is automatically cancelled.
15. The 24-hour free cancellation service for members will not be available for tickets booked with a discount code.
16. Prices displayed for two-to-travel fares are per person with a minimum booking of two passengers travelling together. Both passengers must be booked in the same booking and travel together for both flights in the journey.
17. Fees for services and baggage of codeshare flights may be different from Cathay Pacific Airways, including on HK Express codeshare flights. Please consult the operating carrier's website for information on their optional fees and services.

5,000 Bonus Asia Miles Terms and Conditions

1. The bonus Asia Miles campaign (“Offer”) is provided by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (“Cathay Pacific”) and Asia Miles Limited (“AML”).
2. The Offer is valid from 27 November 2024 to 3 December 2024 (GMT +8, both dates inclusive) (“Offer Period”). The travel period for the Offer is from 27 November 2024 to 31 July 2025.
3. This Offer is only available to a Cathay Membership Programme member (“Member”) who made a booking on cathaypacific.com for flights marketed and operated by Cathay Pacific originating from Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi for round-trip travel (“Eligible Ticket”).
4. During the Offer Period, Members who has purchased an Eligible Ticket will be eligible to receive 5,000 Asia Miles as bonus Asia Miles (“Bonus Miles”) in addition to the Asia Miles earned from the Eligible Ticket.
5. The total number of eligible tickets that are available for this Offer is 50.
6. In the event of more than one Cathay Member in the transaction, all Members in the transaction will be eligible to receive the Bonus Miles, subject to the Offer quota of 50 tickets.
7. To qualify for the Offer, during the Offer Period, Members are required to fill in their Cathay Membership Programme membership number in the flight booking and enter the discount code “BFCM5000VN” at checkout. Any attempt to apply the discount code after checkout will not be accepted.
8. Discount code is not applicable for Multi-city/Stopover.
9. Effective from 3 June 2024, bookings made with discount codes will no longer be entitled to the 24-hour free cancellation benefit for members.
10. The discount code cannot be redeemed against taxes, supplier fees, cancellation or change fees, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
    
11. The discount code has no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. This discount code may not be transferred or sold and will not be replaced if it is lost or stolen.   
12. The discount code cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offers or discounts or promotions.
13. Each Member can only receive the Bonus Miles once during the Offer Period.
14. Bonus miles will be accorded upon booking and miles will be credited 8 weeks after booking is made.
15. Tickets that are reissued or refunded will not be entitled to the Bonus Miles.
16. Fares are subject to reservation system seat/booking availability of Cathay Pacific.
17. Cathay Pacific will not be liable for any losses in connection with incorrect and incomplete information provided by a member when participating in this Offer.
18. The Cathay Membership Programme Terms and Conditions shall also apply. To the extent there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
19. Other Cathay Pacific terms and conditions apply.
20. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific and AML shall be final.
21. This Offer, including these terms and conditions, are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
22. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.
