This Premium Economy Class discount promotional offer for passengers booking flight(s) from Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi to selected destinations (“Offer”) is provided by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (“CX”). By participating in this Offer, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions (including any changes to these terms and conditions).
This Offer is available from 26 February 2024 (ICT 10:00) to 20 March 2024 (ICT 23:59), both dates inclusive (the “Promotional Period”). The travel period for the offer is from 1 March 2024 to 30 June 2024.
The Offer only applies to Cathay Pacific Premium Economy Class flight tickets for travel originating from Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi to selected eligible destinations (“Eligible Ticket”).
To enjoy the Offer, during the Promotional Period, passengers must login to their Cathay Membership Programme account through the official website https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_VN.html and book an Eligible Ticket(s)  and enter the discount code “VN95PEY” at checkout. Any attempt to apply the discount code after checkout will not be accepted.
Only eligible selected members that receive an email invitation from CX to participate in the Offer will be permitted to enjoy the Offer.
Open-jaw, stopover, multi-city, package tickets or tickets booked through the Cathay Pacific mobile app and other channels are not eligible.
The Eligible Ticket must be for a Cathay Pacific marketed and operated flight.
The Offer will not apply to fuel surcharges, taxes, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges.
Premium Economy Class may not be available on certain flights of a journey, in which case Economy Class seats may be offered and no fare refund of the difference will be given. Please check the available cabin classes when you book your flight.
Fares displayed include taxes and carrier-imposed surcharges. All fares, government taxes and fees, and surcharges are subject to change at any time. For ticket cancellations, where applicable, the Hong Kong International Airport Construction Fee will be refunded without any administration fees.
The fares detailed in this Offer are subject to limited availability and given on a first come, first served basis.

In the event of any discrepancy between English and Vietnamese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
In case of any dispute arising out of this promotion, the decision of CX shall be final and conclusive.
