Premium Economy class is the step between economy class and business class, for passengers looking for additional options and choices during their flight. Choosing Premium Economy means more personal space and legroom, as well as amenities such as a larger TV screen as you’re flying with us. The Premium Economy menu differs as well, with additional meal options and a wider selection of beverages and wines. On top of this, choosing Premium Economy comes with additional baggage allowance and priority boarding, ensuring that you feel that the experience is well worth the price.
There are times when you might need additional flexibility when booking your flight, which is why flex tickets may be the better choice. Choosing flex tickets gives you breathing room to change your flights or cancel if needed. Flex tickets will also allow you to upgrade with miles, as well as standby for an earlier flight on the same calendar day.
For economy passengers looking to upgrade their flight to Premium Economy, you may do so on the Manage Booking page or by contacting Customer Care. Travellers who choose to book through a travel agent should contact them for ticket amendments. While you are able to change to a higher fare type, please note that you are not able to change your ticket to a lower fare type.
