How to purchase your Air+Land cross-boundary coach ticket
- Book your flight on our website, mobile app, WeChat mini programme, or through an appointed agency
- Purchase your cross-boundary coach ticket* via Manage Booking. If you booked your flight through our WeChat mini programme, purchase your coach ticket via My Booking Centre
- Enter your personal details and booking reference or ticket number
- Choose a drop-off or pick-up point and reserve your seat in advance. You’ll receive a QR code ticket and an email and SMS reminder
Passengers travelling to Hong Kong via Air+Land cross-boundary coach may apply for a refund of the Hong Kong air passenger departure tax on the official website .

How to travel to the GBA via Hong Kong International Airport
Pick up your bags after going through immigration at Hong Kong International Airport
Head to the Mainland and Macao Transport & Travel Services Centre on Level 3, Terminal 2
Notify the staff at the service counter and scan your QR code ticket to hop onboard
Go through immigration procedures at the control points and continue your journey to your GBA drop-off point
How to travel from the GBA to Hong Kong and beyond
Scan your QR code ticket and hop on the cross-boundary coach from your pick-up point in the GBA to Hong Kong International Airport
Go through immigration procedures at the control point to enter Hong Kong
At the airport, check in for your flight and drop off your bags, then head to the boarding gate
