2. Free cross-boundary shuttle service validity: On or before the date of the first flights. We recommend making shuttle bus reservation at least 72 hours before flight departure ( more time in advance is required for peak season or holiday departures ); passengers without reserved seats can go directly to the selected station with the bus ticket number and will be arranged to take the bus or limo on a first come first served basis.
3. Applicable flight routes and travel classes: applicable to the non-group travelers traveling on the following classes, with tickets other than FOC ( Free-of-charge ) tickets and mileage redemption tickets, operated by Cathay Pacific excluding codeshare flights:

Scope of services: Tickets for the cross-boundary shuttle service to Hong Kong International Airport from Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Guangzhou ( including Panyu and Zengcheng ), Foshan ( including Shunde, Sanshui and Gaoming ), Jiangmen ( including Xinhui, Heshan, Taishan, Kaiping and Enping ) or Yunfu.
5. Disclaimer: The legal responsibility for the free cross-boundary shuttle service is borne by the free cross-boundary shuttle service providers. It is the passenger’s responsibility to reserve sufficient time for the free cross-boundary shuttle service. It is outside Cathay Pacific’s responsibility if a passenger cannot take the Cathay Pacific flight due to insufficient time reserved by the passenger or other force majeure reasons.
6. Applicable Terms: The free cross-boundary shuttle service is provided by Trans-Island Chinalink Ltd., CTGBUS and the transportation will be subject to Trans-Island Chinalink Ltd., CTGBUS terms and conditions.
7. Baggage allowance: The baggage allowance for the air segment is subject to the regulations of Cathay Pacific. The baggage allowance for land transportation is subject to the regulations of the cross-boundary shuttle service providers.
8. How to redeem and use the ticket:
1) Purchase tickets from the Cathay Pacific WeChat mini program or official website, appointed travel agents or ticket agents in Guangdong.
2) Eligible passengers to redeem the free cross-boundary shuttle service tickets by clicking Land+Air. Enter the passenger's name, booking reference or E-ticket number on the redemption page; input the passenger's mobile number and select the pick-up point. It will generate an order and bus ticket number, and passengers will receive an SMS reminder.
3) The bus ticket is an open ticket eligible for all scheduled departures of the route from the selected pick-up point. Call the shuttle service company in advance to reserve schedule and seat on the day of travel.
4) Click Trans-Island Chinalink or CTGBUS to know the schedule of cross-boundary services.
5) Passengers need to go to the pick-up point selected at the time of redemption, show the bus ticket number (which can be found on the redemption page or SMS) and collect the physical ticket for boarding bus or limo.
6) The staff at the pick-up point will check the passenger’s information and confirm the passenger's identity before arranging the passenger for the ride. Free cross-boundary shuttle bus service will not be provided if the ticket is not used by the same registered passenger.
9. The free cross-boundary shuttle service is for personal use only. Once the pick-up point is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Infants are not required to redeem and present their tickets. One E-ticket number can only be redeemed once. If the same booking reference contains multiple passengers, a free cross-boundary shuttle service ticket for each passenger is required to be redeemed one by one.
10. If ticket changes, the bus ticket number may still be valid providing the new ticket meets the eligibility criteria. Each bus ticket number can only be used once. When the ticket is refunded or the changed ticket no longer meets the applicable terms, the the bus ticket number will be invalid and the free cross-boundary shuttle service will be automatically terminated.
11. Unable to redeem: Please read the terms and conditions. If the information input does not meet the eligibility terms and conditions, no access to the system for redemption will be allowed. Should you have any questions or suggestions, please call the Cathay Pacific hotline at 400-815-2888.
12. This cross-boundary shuttle service ticket is complimentary and non-refundable. In the event of flight delays or force majeure factors, call Trans-Island Chinalink or CTGBUS 12 hours in advance during working hours and enjoy free ticket change for one time ( the pick-up point cannot be changed ). Please refer to the shuttle bus company official website or WeChat public account for its working hours. The cross-boundary shuttle bus service is now resumed; the door to door pick-up service has not yet resumed.

We recommend booking the scheduled bus at least 72 hours before the flight departure, and more time in advance for peak and holiday season. Because the major stations in Shenzhen have more frequent and non-scheduled departures, you can go directly to take the bus without reservation.

Once redeemed, it is not allowed to change the city of departure. It is also not allowed to change the station of departure under normal circumstances. If you have to change the boarding station, please contact the bus company for more information and it is subject to the arrangement by the bus company.
When the travel plan is changed due to flight change or other force majeure, please contact the customer service of the bus company 12 hours in advance to make changes, and only one change can be made.

The original bus ticket number can still be used if the date of the first flight after rescheduling is still on or before March 31, 2024.
Once a flight ticket is refunded, the cross-boundary shuttle bus service or the redeemed ticket will be invalid at the same time. If you have already reserved a seat on the shuttle bus, the seat will not be automatically cancled. You need to call the bus company to cancel the seat.
