How to use

Pay by smartphone

After selecting [PayPay] payment on the ‘Confirm and Pay’ page, the PayPay app is opened to complete the payment.

Select PayPay

On the ‘Confirm and pay’ page, select [PayPay] and click [Continue to payment] to proceed.

Pay

On the ‘Payment details’ screen, select [Pay].

Payment completed

You will be automatically returned to the service once payment has been completed.

*Closing the page before returning may result in a failed purchase.

Pay by PC

Pay by scanning the QR code displayed on your PC with the PayPay app.

Select PayPay

On the ‘Confirm and pay’ page, select [PayPay] and click [Continue to payment] to proceed.

Open the PayPay app

Open the PayPay app and select [Scan].

Scan the QR code displayed on the PC screen.

Pay

On the ‘Payment Details’ screen, select [Pay].

Terms of use

PayPay can only be used in Japan.
PayPay payments can only be made with PayPay Balance or PayPay Credit.
PayPay can only be used on the Cathay Pacific Japan website (cathaypacific.com) and not on the Cathay Pacific mobile app.
PayPay can only be used to pay for itineraries departing from Japan.
PayPay is not available in incognito browser or private mode on a computer or smartphone.
Supported browsers are the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
