Changes & Fees

Others

• Premium Economy class may not be available on all flight segments. Where passengers choose to change their booking after ticket issuance to a flight not offering Premium Economy class, Economy class seat may be offered without any fare difference refund.
• Check-in baggage: 
  • Premium Economy class: 23kg per piece, maximum 2 pieces
• Frequent flyer: Must be enrolled in eligible oneworld partner programs (including Cathay or Qantas Frequent Flyer) for earning eligible fare types and booking classes. Check with your frequent flyer program.
• Children: Children travelling alone aged 6 to under 12 years must be registered as Unaccompanied Minors, unless travelling together with a person of 18 years of age or above. Unaccompanied minors are permitted at Child fare. With Premium Economy, there's more space for you to enjoy your journey in comfort. With wider seats fitted out with a generous recline and extra leg room, you will be flying in style and ease. 

You also have an additional baggage allowance included within the premium economy fare. You can bring up to two pieces of checked-in luggage. Inflight entertainment is made better with a wider screen.

With booking flights where the journey involves more than one flight to the destination, you are required to book premium economy for all legs of the flight. You cannot book Premium Economy for one part and not the other.

Wi-Fi is available shortly after take-off. To get connected, simply follow the steps below.

3. A connection page will pop up. If not, open an internet browser on your device and enter wifi.cathaypacific.com
4. Select your internet pass and proceed with payment
5. You will be sent an email receipt with your login details. These login details can be used to switch device - select ‘Login’ on your new device and enter the details
